Utopia by Drama Department: Babel and The Birds

The 3rd and 4th year students of scenography courses have been working for the last two years on Babel and The Birds, themes suggested by OISTAT. Models/proposals for spaces, 2-D and 3-D costume models, masks, an installation on Babel and a short performance-installation on The Birds were the result. The students attend theoretical and practical modules, like design for the stage, technology of theatrical space, elements of visual language, costume design, lighting design, technical drawing, model making, costume construction, sculpting, color, puppetry, scenic construction, special constructions, mask, scene painting, prop making... Projects realized in the above modules are presented in the exhibition.
