Set, Light, Costume – From Virtual worlds to actual performanc During the last 10 years there has been a major change in how set, light, and costume designers work. Today traditional working tools are combined with special programmes for computers. In fact, sometimes the final result is not for the real world but for the virtual. In the education of designers for set, light and costume, it has been of great importance to introduce computerised tools. The way to prepare, create and present work can today be done in the virtual world. This also creates new possibilities with interdisciplinary work during the learning and education process. This presentation is about developing a full scale performance for 12 year old children.
