The Baby Carriage

The story of a baby carriage created to play music, which premiered at the Bolshoi theatre on December 21, 2012. A few weeks before the premiere, the artist attended a theatre workshop where he saw the not yet complete stroller made by the outstanding master of theatrical Affairs Maria Eskina. He liked the stroller but not the action of the play. There was not time to walk with the actress around the stage. Then the artist persuaded the Director and composer to add music so the actress could work the scene with a stroller. They agreed on a case told in a TV story about the play. In the end a fake thing influenced the whole play.

Additional information: She was born in 1985 in Kazakhstan. She has studied at art school since childhood. In 2003 she received the Chelyabinsk Academy of Culture and Arts. On the fifth course she started working on the Drama of the scene-shifter. In 2008, she enrolled at the St. Petersburg Theatre Academy and graduated in 2013 as as a stage production artist. During her studies, she led projects for the Alexandrinsky and Mariinsky theatres and held three solo exhibitions. Two performances of the artist's work have been performed at the Bolshoi Theatre; a Song about the merchant Kalashnikov" and "What happened at the zoo?"
