Life is like ice cream, enjoy it before it melts. “The ice cream costs a tenner; buy it and get poisoned, leave it and you die!” is a Slovenian children’s song. I remember it as the first time I encountered the frustrating act of choosing. However, it is not all that black and white. After life there is death; yet before we die, we shall live.
