The National Exhibition presents the works of stage designers of various generations. The aim of the exhibition is to introduce current national trends, stressing colour and space relation, indirectly following the stimuli of Expressionism and Cubism, shown here in the Slovak presentation "Homage to Stage Design". Among the artists presented are Jozef Ciller, professor of stage design at the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in Bratislava and disciple of the Professor Ladislav Vychodil trend and František Perger. Of the younger generation, there is Čanecký, Čáp, Jarjabková, Ferenčík, Várossová, Votava, and Alexandra Grusková - the youngest. The presentation of the artists takes into account their individual features and independence.
