He Graduated from the Academy of Arts in Bucharest. Currently works as a stage designer in the Comedy Theatre in Bucharest. In 1993 -1996 he taught in Academy of Arts. In 1975 and 1991 he participated in the PQ.
Additional information: Born in 1909 in Bucharest. Studied at the Philosphical Faculty, special line of aesthetics and history of art. Since 1935 he has been engaged in graphic arts, architectural decorations and tapestry designs. Since 1948 he is at work as stage designer and theatre painter. Between 1957 and 1964 he acted as scenic designer of the theatre, puppetry and circus studios at the television. He has participated in exhibitions in Bucharest (1953, 1958, 1962, 1964, 1967), in Montevideo, Berlin and Warsaw. His most important works are the stage design to the plays: The Tempest by W. Shakespeare, An Inspector Calls by J. B. Priestley, Orpheus Descending by Tennessee Williams, Golem by H. Leivik, The Clock of Prague by Nazim Hikmet, The Witch by A. Goldfaden, The Good Woman of Setzuan by B. Brecht, and also for a number of plays by Rumanian authors as Victor Ion Popa, Mihai Sebastian, Gheorghe Ciprian, Aurel Baranga and others. At present he is at work at the theatre Teatrul Evreesc de Stát in Bucharest.
Additional information: Born in 1940 in Ploeşti. Studied architecture at the Ion Mincu Institute of Architecture in Bucharest and completed studies there in 1962. He acts as stage designer in theatre and film, yet he is at work also in the field of architecture, industrial aesthetics, interior decoration and furniture. He is in the employ of ťihe stage design section at the N. Grigorescu Institute of Fine Arts. His most important designs are stage sets to Rosmersholm and The Ghosts by H. He participated in various exhibitions of graphics both at home and abroad /in Iraq, Syria, Libanon/ and in stage design exhibitions held in Bucharest /1964, 1967, 1971, 1976/, in Novi Sad /1972, 1975, 1978/ and in the Prague Quadrennial in 1971 and in 1975. Among his foremost designs are the sets and costumes for Ghelderode' s Fle- mish Visions, Goldsmith´s The Night of Embroilment, Racine' s Britannicus, Beaumarchais' The Wedding of Figaro, Brecht´s The Good Woman of Setzuan and The Life of Galileo, Arden' s Sergant Musgrave' s Dance, Mrozek' s The Exiles, Zindel' s The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds, Schiller's Don Carlos and for the plays of Rumanian authors such as L. Blaga, E. Oproiu, E. Covali, P. Anghel and others.

Anderson, and to a number of plays by modern Rumanian playwrights, as Mihai Sebastian, Marin Sorescu, Paul Anghel, etc. He is the author of the project to the new House of Culture, and of the designs referring to a kinetic theatre. He has participated in numerous exhibitions as for instance in Bucharest (1967), Novi Sad (1966 and 1969) and in Cologne on the Rhine (1968).

Additional information: Studied architecture at the College of Technology in Bucharest. She took part in some exhibitions of graphic arts (1961) and of scenic design (1964 and 1966). She is at work as scenic designer at the TV Studio, the Animafilm and at various theatres. Her most important designs are stage sets to plays by Shakespeare (Othello), Moliēre (The Impromptu of Versailles), Ionesco (The New Tenant), Wilde (An Ideal Husband), Důrrenmatt (An Autumn Party), Pirandello (Six Characters in Search of an Author), Faulkner (The Smoke), Caragiale (A Stormy Night), Oproiu (I Am Not the Eiffel Tower) and to many others. She concerns herself also with graphic arts (theatre posters and book illustrations).
Is a known name in the contemporary Rumanian scenography. She has received an Award in 1994 for her excellent activity. Numerous exhibitions in Rumania and abroad (Paris, Monte Carlo, London) known as well as fashion designer.
In 1983, 1987, 1991 and 1995, she participated in the PQ.
