Zmok

Zmok - a creature that we had seemingly forgotten, but is still present in our tales. The hobgoblin as a motif of folk superstitions, present in songs, theatre and old folk's tales. It is said that this wet black chicken brings luck.

Additional information: She is chiefly known for her unique creations for opera productions that are not afraid to experiment, while always being attractive. her sets and costumes can be found in productions put on by all Slovakian opera companies and in many theatres, both classical and alternative, in both the Slovak and czech republics. She also works in film and advertising.
• Boris Hanečka

Specialization: costume designer, fashion designer, performer
Additional information: Hanečka's creations are marked by a refined sense for the architecture of a work and its detail. All of this he connects in a dynamic, sophisticated design. Boris Hanečka likes casual, but subtely stylized refinement – i.e. that which captures the personality of this exceptional artist.
• Alžbeta Lukáčová

* 1980
Specialization: opera dramaturge, musicologist and musician
Additional information: Lukáčová works at the State Opera, where she has contributed to more than forty productions, primarily of operas. She is also involved in scientific activities in the field of ethnomusicology and, thanks to her time as a member of the world-music group Banda, she is also a famous cimbalom (dulcimer) player. She edits and presents programmes on folk music for Radio Lumen and RTSV (Slovakian Radio and Television).
